Thanks to Songs:Illinois I have a new band, to me that is, that I am quite excited by. Revival hail from Washington DC and their debut record "Horses of War", what a great title, is due for release in February. Their blend of country, folk and indie rock really suits my listening ears. If you like Jay Farrar or Neil Young, I think their music sits comfortably somewhere in between. Gypsy Eyes Records are the label that calls them home.
